Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

General

1.1. Jazmy, a Partnership Firm having its registered office at RP-5, opp. GD Goenka La Petite, Block RP, Poorvi Pitampura, Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi, 110034 (“Jazmy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), owns and operates the website [www.jazmy.in] and related mobile or tablet applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), through which we facilitate the sale of skincare, haircare, bath and personal care products (“Products”) to customers (“Customer”, “User”, “You”, or “Your”) across India.

 

1.2. We aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience to our users — from placing an order to initiating a cancellation, return, or refund request. While shopping on Jazmy, you can expect a fair and customer-focused resolution process in accordance with applicable Indianlaws.

 

1.3. This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”), together with our Terms & Conditions, governs the process and conditions for:(a) cancellation of orders,
(b) return of products, and
(c) processing of refunds.

Applicability of Policy

2.1. By accessing, registering, or placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.

 

2.2. Jazmy reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time in compliance with applicable laws. Users are advised to review this Policy periodically before making a purchase.

Terms of Cancellation

3.1. You may cancel your order prior to dispatch of the Product from our warehouse.

3.2. Once the Product has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted. However, you may refuse delivery at the time of receipt.

3.3. Cancellation requests may be initiated by:

  • Logging into your account and accessing the “My Orders” section;

  • Contacting our Customer Support Team; or

  • Using any cancellation method made available on the Platform.

3.4. Upon successful cancellation prior to dispatch, refund for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

3.5. In case of combo packs or bundled promotional products, cancellation of one product will result in cancellation of the entire combo pack.

Terms of Return & Refund

4.1 Return Eligibility

Return requests will be accepted only under the following conditions (“Defective Delivery”):

a) Product delivered is damaged;
b) Product delivered is defective;
c) Incorrect product delivered;
d) Expired product delivered;
e) Missing product(s);
f) Empty or leaking product delivered;
g) Used product delivered.


4.2 Return Window

You must:

  • Initiate a return request within 48 hours (2 days) from delivery; OR

  • Intimate customer support within 48 hours and formally raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to raise a return request within this period shall render the product ineligible for return.


4.3 Mandatory Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused.

  • Product must be returned in original packaging.

  • Price tags, labels, seals, and barcodes must be intact.

  • Free promotional gift items (if any) must also be returned.

Jazmy reserves the right to reject return requests if products appear used, tampered, or damaged due to customer negligence.


4.4 Non-Returnable Cases

Return requests will NOT be processed if:

a) Product is used, altered, or damaged due to misuse;
b) Seal is broken (for hygiene-sensitive products);
c) Product is returned without original packaging;
d) Serial number or barcode is tampered;
e) Request is raised outside Return Window;
f) Product was customized;
g) Minor shade variation due to screen display differences;
h) Product purchased under special clearance or non-returnable sale.


4.5 Tamper-Proof Packaging

All Jazmy shipments are sent in tamper-proof packaging. If you receive a tampered package, you must refuse delivery.

Acceptance of a tampered package may disqualify you from raising return claims related to physical damage or missing products.

Refund Processing

5.1. Upon receipt of returned products, Jazmy will verify the condition of the product.

5.2. If approved, refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days from verification.

5.3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5.4. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

5.1. Upon receipt of returned products, Jazmy will verify the condition of the product.

5.2. If approved, refunds will be initiated within 2–4 business days from verification.

5.3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5.4. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Special Sale & Promotional Periods

During marketing campaigns, mega sales, or promotional events, special return and refund rules may apply. Such terms will be displayed on the relevant product page or promotional banner.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days, depending on the payment method selected.

If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian laws.

In case of conflict between this Policy and applicable law, statutory provisions shall prevail.
